Our immersive days offer a unique opportunity to experience the richness of education in action, exploring both its achievements and its challenges. We do not claim to have all the answers, but we are proud of our value driven schools and the external partner schools we work with that have been recognised for outstanding practice and their own distinctive journeys.

 

These visits are designed to be interactive and engaging. Visitors can meet and talk with leaders, teachers and pupils, exploring school culture, curriculum and behaviour, while also experiencing the energy, warmth and vibrancy of daily school life.

 

Wellspring schools are rooted in a relational, values-led approach to holistic education. As part of our immersive offer, we also include partner schools that have embraced the Positive Regard journey and share our ethos and commitment to strong relationships, inclusivity and high expectations. Delegates will see these principles lived out in practice and gain insight into how they shape culture, learning and wellbeing across different school communities.
