Programme Overview

The Positive Regard Review Team is made up of active practitioners and professionals who will work with your colleagues confidentially and with professional integrity. The team will provide an honest and transparent review in order to inform any potential areas of support of training required. It is not the intention to be judgmental or critical of school systems and practice.

• Conversations with senior staff including those responsible for the behaviour policy
• Scrutiny of data

  • Detentions
  • Incidents
  • Cohort data
  • Attendance
  • Pupil profiles
  • SEND information
  • Intervention data

• Observations of lessons, break & lunchtimes, arrival & departure
• Observation of transitions
• Scrutiny of CPD records and discussions with CPD Lead
• Conversations with teachers
• Conversations with pupils
