Experienced in supporting children & young people who display challenging behaviour due to social, emotional and mental health needs. An effective communicator with the ability to build key relationships with colleagues and pupils, through a friendly & cohesive approach. Whilst maintaining high standards and ensuring high support is available, someone who is also able to share knowledge to influence and encourage best practice to reduce restraint, improve safety, enhance access to learning provision and ensure the best outcomes for all.
