Behaviour Lead Based at Kings Oak Primary Learning Centre Wombwell Barnsley I am currently working as Behaviour Lead at Kings Oak Primary. I have worked for BMBC for 25 years. I am a married mum of three grown up boys . I started working in a SEN school working as an SMSA and from there worked through to become a NTA. Applied for a role in a main stream infant school working as a NTA, qualified in Level 2 Early Years. The Infant setting then merged with the local junior school which then became one of the primary schools in the area. My role has developed from being a teaching assistant to the role I am currently working in as Behaviour Lead.
