Operations Officer

Chris is absolutely pivotal in the functioning of the service, she joined Wellspring Academy Trust in November 2021 and has a key role in coordinating the Positive Regard Team.

Chris started work many years ago as a Support Worker in a residential home for young adults with autism and discovered a passion for ensuring that vulnerable people had access to the highest standard of support. She then made the transition to children’s services and education enjoying job roles including, Teaching Assistant, Assistant Team Leader, Training Coordinator and Training Manager and holds a level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. 

Chris utilises her enthusiasm for connecting people in her current role by coordinating  Positive Regard specialists with the appropriate skills to meet the needs of individual schools and services.
