I’m the Senior Behaviour Lead Practitioner and Care Team Leader for two Pupil Referral Units in North East Lincolnshire. I’ve years of experience in supporting students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties from Key Stage 2 through to Key Stage 4. I have delivered training and behaviour support to all Key Stages across multiple academies. My practice is underpinned by relational practice and principles of attachment and developmental trauma and I believe all students can thrive and be successful if given the right environment and support to do so.
