Jacob has spent the last few years supporting schools and settings across the country with the relational approach through Positive Regard. He is currently supporting the team on a strategic level, both inside the Wellspring Academy Trust and outside. He takes his experience from working for over 10 years in the Special and Alternative sector. Jacob started his career in a mainstream primary in a deprived part of Barnsley before joining Springwell SEMH school, following this he journeyed up the M1 to support the development of Springwell Leeds Academy. 

Jacob loves connecting and building networks across our incredible trust and across the sector, he believes people are at the heart of what we do and enabling them and their teams to be the best they can be is where Jacob excels.
