Pastoral Manager for the SPP, DSL, Team Teach Advanced Instructor, Nurture Theory trained, Specialist Leader in Education covering Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attendance, NPQ Leading in Behaviour and Culture, Secure Base Model trained, Restorative Justice Practitioner.

I have worked in Special Education for over 15 years and have been a member of SLT for the past 5. My role now sees me support four schools across the Special Provision Partnership (SPP) in Barnsley and Kirklees. These are a variety of settings from generic special, SEMH and alternative provision. Within my role I lead in the areas of Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attendance, ensuring that the Pastoral teams on site have the expertise to support our pupils.
