Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion which encompasses roles as Deputy DSL, SENDCO, Senior Mental Health Lead and Mental Health First Aider, Designated Teacher for Child Looked After (CLA), Touchbase Certified Attachment Lead and Level 4 Positive Regard Specialist Leader.

My passion to inspire others with regards to children and young people with SEND has always been a driver throughout my career. Having understanding and experience of ACES shaped my approach to teaching and it has always been nurturing and relational. I am going into my 7th year at Crossley Hall Primary School and have gained a wealth of experience across Nursery – Year 6, as well as supporting pupils with complex additional needs. Our journey to make the transition from a behaviour policy to implementing a relational based approach has had a significant positive impact on mass to both adults and children alike.
