Social Conduct ATA (SEN provision), Team-Teach tutor.

I am based at Springwater School in Starbeck which is an SEN provision for children 3-16 with a post 16 provision. I have previously worked at The Forest School, based in North Yorkshire. An SEN setting with a broad range of children who can express themselves with behaviour that challenges. My role required formulating PIP’s (Positive Intervention Plans) with class teams, developing & leading in-house training, providing day-to-day support with children displaying distressing behaviours and conducting PIL (Post Incident Learning). I like to think of myself as a caring, bubbly, social individual. My family share a love for motor-cross biking, and this is something that takes up many of our weekends. ‘Do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest.’
