I am an Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and Pastoral which incorporates being SENCO at Barugh Green Primary School- a mainstream primary. I am also Early Years lead, KS1 lead and PSHE lead. I have worked in primary education for 16 years. I have always had a keen interest in special needs and inclusion and over the last 3 years I have really focused on improving my knowledge of attachment and trauma informed practices.
